Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be complete and in its original, undamaged packaging.

• Normal signs of use are acceptable, but damage caused by careless handling will not be accepted.

• Products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons are only eligible for return if unused and in their original packaging.

• If the product is received defective, this must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• We reserve the right to charge return costs and to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return Your Order

Please include:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)

• Name and address details

Wait for our return instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This period begins the day after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email within this period. You may then return the product within 30 days at your own expense.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. Any additional costs for chosen shipping options will not be reimbursed.

• In some countries, additional consumer rights may apply. In such cases, we will adhere to the minimum legal requirements of that country.
